MoutonBaron Philippe de Rothschild is on the litigation path over the name Mouton, and not for the first time. This time the offender is Domaine Mouton, a small-scale Burgundy estate with 12 hectares of land. “They say I’m a usurper,” says Laurent Mouton, owner of the estate which has borne his family name for three generations. “I wish to preserve the name Domaine Mouton.
