About Once part of the much larger Pichon estate, owned by Pierre de Rauzan, (original owner of Rauzan Segla), it was divided from Pichon Baron in 1850 and amazingly only two families have owned the estate in over three centuries. Louis Roederer have invested significantly since 2006 with brilliant results. The chateau also houses one of the most impressive private glass collections in Europe, lovingly assembled by former owner, Madame Lencquesaing.
